Racial Equity in Education: Seven Cardinal Points

Bensimon is The Dean'south Professor in Educational Equity and Director of USC Rossier's Center of Urban Education (CUE). What Is Racial Equity?
Racial equity is corrective justice for communities that have suffered oppression through enslavement (African Americans), genocide (Native Americans), colonization (Puerto Rico and Hawaii), and theft of territory (Mexican Americans).

i. Disinterestedness Is Intertwined With Race
While disinterestedness is a trending topic in pedagogy, the word is often misused, co-ordinate to Bensimon.
